Johann Michael Döbel (1635-1702)

"German sculptor, architect and ivory-carver. After receiving early training from his father, Johann Michael Döbel, he was granted a scholarship by Frederick William, Elector of Brandenburg, which allowed him to travel extensively in Europe and to visit Egypt (1655–8). In 1663–4 he and his brother Johann Christoph Döbel (1640–1713) assisted their father in the execution of the marble monument to Chancellor Johann von Kospoth for Königsberg [now Kaliningrad] Cathedral (in situ)." - http://oxfordindex.oup.com/view/10.1093/gao/9781884446054.article.T023028
