Description

Das orangene Band ist schwarz bedruckt. Es zeigt in einer Blütengirlande ein Portrait von Generaloberst von Bülow darunter den Schriftzug "Namur", ein eisernes Kreuz und den Text "Gloria Victoria". Weiterhin ist ein Kanone, welche gerade einen Schuß abgibt zu sehen. Den Abschuß bildet die Nennung des Verlages, des Zeichners und der Text "Zum Besten des Roten Kreuzes".
