Der Gipsabguss zeigt die Statue des griechischen Gottes Apollo. Sie zeigt den Gott jugendlich und nackt. Mit dem linken Arm lehnt er sich an einen Baumstamm, den rechten Arm führt er angewinkelt über den Kopf. Die Statue ist eine Kopie nach der römischen Statue des Apollon Lykeios in Florenz, Uffizien (Inv. Nr. 229). Die in der Nachantike "Apollino" (kleiner Apollo) genannte Figur stellt den jungen Gott ausruhend dar.
