Ovale Bleiplakette mit einem Portrait von Thomas Müntzer. Die Plakette ist einseitig gegossen. Der Blick ist nach links gerichtet. Der Mann trägt Vollbart und eine Kopfbedeckung. Auf der Höhe der rechten Schulter die Signatur KP für Kurt Pötzsch. Auf der Rückseite, oberhalb, kleine runde Vertiefung zum Aufhängen der Plakette.
