Diese zinnerne Bierkanne wurde 1646 vermutlich in Sachsen gefertigt. Sie ist Teil des wertvollen Inventars der Staßfurter Laurentiusbruderschaft, des sogen. Laurentiusschatzes. Zu diesem "Schatz" gehören u. a. etwa 20 Trinkgefäße aus Glas, Zinn und Keramik. Die Kanne trägt die gravierte Inschrift: "Michael Weber vereret die Kanne der Brüderschaft S- Lorens".
