Die Reichskarte wurde unter der laufenden Nummer 663975 im Wirtschaftsamt Eilenburg ausgefertigt und über die Bezugsscheinstelle Eilenburg an Martin Oeder ausgegeben. Die Reichskarte kann im Zeitraum vom 1. April 1944 bis 31. März 1945 eingelöst werden. Es sind keine Wertmarken mehr erhalten, es wurden vermutlich alle eingelöst.
