Die Notizen des Sammlers Chr. Fr. Bernhard Augustin zu diesem Blatt lauten:
"Abbildung der metallenen Grabplatte im nördlichen Kreuzarme der Domkirche, gezeichnet von Herm. Schäfer im Aug. 1842.
Umschrift der Platte: Monimenta quondam Johannis ex nobilibus de Quernfurd, novissimi hujus cathedrae Decani dum vixit Decani memoriae dignissimi. Auf einer Art von Spruchzettel über seinem Haupte steht das Jahr seines Todes 1506."
