Die Zeichnung wurde durch Ernst Röthe angefertigt. Durch das Tor kommt man in den Schulhofbereich, in dem sich auch der Haupteingang in die Schule befindet. Die Grundsteinlegung der Oberrealschule war 1912. Die Fertigstellung erfolgte 1914.
