Avers: Porträt von Fürst Blücher nach links blickend, mit der umlaufenden Inschrift: "Dem Fürsten Blücher von Wallstadt die Bürger Berlins im Jahr 1816."
Revers: Die Jahreszahlen am Rand: "1813 1814 1815". In der Mitte Erzengel Micheal stehend mit ausgebreiteten Flügeln, zu seinen Füßen ein Drachen in menschlicher Gestalt.
