Der Fußbecher besteht aus hellblau gefärbtem Glas und wurde optisch mundgeblasen. Er hat einen gekröpften, hohlen Fuß. Auf der Wandung des Trinkgefäßes befindet sich ein nach links gehender Junge, mit braunem Haar und weißer Kleidung. Diese weiße pastos wirkende Emaillemalerei wird als sogenannte "Schneemalerei" bezeichnet. Die Technik wurde erstmals 1873 auf der Weltausstellung in Wien vorgestellt und danach durch verschiedene böhmische Manufakturen übernommen.
