Bei den fünf Miniatur-Brustpanzern - drei Vorder- und zwei Rückenteile - und den vier Miniatur-Helmen handelt es sich um Enwürfe zur Statuettengruppe "Achill und Patrokolus" (WG-CS-Br-3). Sie entstanden im Zusammenhang mit Christa Sammlers Arbeit am Zyklus "Schliemann-Ehrung", den sie 1978-1981 für die damalige Schliemann-Oberschule (heute Schliemann-Gymnasium) in Berlin / Prenzlauer Berg geschaffen hat.
