Description

Ein Engelchor trägt einen Christbaum in die Nacht empor. Der Baum ist mit einem Stern und Kerzen geschmückt. Die Engel lassen Äpfel, Nüsse und dergleichen fallen. Unten liegt die Stadt. Man erkennt rechts eine betende Figur. Der Himmel ist sternenübersäht.
Das Bild wird von Blumenranken und Ornamenten gerahmt, oben ein Sinnspruch, unten DIE CHRISTNACHT
