Description

Die Nr. 17 der Münchener Bilderbogen zeigt in der oberen Darstellung die Geburt Christi. Links unten der Besuch des Christkinds bei einem ungehorsamen, rechts bei einem folgsamen Kind.
Die Vorlage für den Holzstich stammt von Anton Muttenthaler. Das Blatt wurde in München von der Hof- und Universitäts-Buchdruckerei Dr. C. Wolf & Sohn gedruckt und vom Verlag Braun & Schneider herausgegeben.
