Der Trevi-Brunnen in Rom ist hier von schräg links dargestellt; umliegende Gebäude sowie die Piazza di Trevi sind zu sehen (Zustand um 1800). Im Vordergrund befinden sich einige Staffage-Figuren. Antonio Poggioli (1796-1825) fertigte diese Radierung nach einer Vorlage von François Morel (1768-). Sie erschien in einer Sammlung von römischen Veduten, die unter dem Titel "Nuova raccolta di 25. vedute antiche e moderne di Roma e sue vicinanze" erschien und von Niccola de Antoni im Jahr 1800 in Rom herausgegeben wurde.
