Das Flugblatt von 1596 zeigt in Vogelschau ein Schlachtfeld nahe der rumänischen Stadt Cherestur. Im oberen Bereich der Grafik ist die Schlacht noch im Gange. Die türkischen Truppen scheinen vor den christlichen zu fliehen. Der Großteil des Schlachtfeldes ist mit gefallenen und verwundeten türkischen Soldaten bedeckt. Die Radierung wird Johann Siebmacher zugeschrieben.
