Das Flugblatt von ca. 1782 zeigt eine allegorische Darstellung von Kaiser Joseph II. als Reformer von Kirche und Staat. Er steht neben Petrus auf dem Mons Philosophorum (Berg der Philosophen) und hält ein Fischernetz mit einem Menschen darin. Diese Szene bezieht sich vermutlich auf die Bergpredigt. Im Vordergrund zählen mehrere Geistliche auf einem Netz ihren Reichtum. Den Kupferstich schuf möglicherweise Johann Jakob Mettenleiter. Gedruckt wurde das Blatt von Christoph Torricella.
