Dargestellt ist die Die Ponte Sisto, die von vier Bögen getragen wird und über den Tiber führt.
Im Hintergrund kann der obere Teil des Petersdom erkannt werden.

Bez.: A. Ponte Janicolense cosi detto dal colle Janicolo alle cui vvadici ne e vicino chiamavasi anco antichamente ponte d’Aurelio, sia dalla via, o porta Aurelia. fu edificato secondo alcuni da Antonino Pio. distrutto poi per le guere lungo tempo ritenne il nome di ponte rotto. insino foss da Papa Sisto.IV. il cui nome hoggidi serva ristorato .B. cupola della chiesa di : Pietro in Vaticano .C. Hospitale di Papa Sisto.V. D. Mollini nel Tevere.
