Description

Es handelt sich um Blatt XXIII aus der Mappe "Griechische Visionen", die 1947/1948 im Verlag Josef Knecht in Frankfurt am Main erschien.

Dargestellt ist ein Einblick von oben in das Theater von Epidauros, eines der besterhaltenen antiken griechischen Theater, mit Blick auf die Sitzreihen der Zuschauer, die sog. Cavea. Im Vordergrund liegen zwei Masken.
